I can't access the P13 videos or recordings in The LionsLAB?

The recordings are accessible to you for as long as your membership is valid.
If you are unable to access, there could be a few reasons for this:
Please first log out of your profile completely, then try to clear your cache or use an incognito page, as it seems that your device may be storing previous information and you need to clear that first.
This is how you do this:
Once this is done, you can log in from this page below and if you click on this link after clearing your cache, you will need to type in your password again:
Please let us know if this works, if not please email us on margot@thelionsden.co.za as we will need to re-set the system from the back-end.

I am trying to ......... from a mobile device, but it is not working?

If you are experiencing any mobile related issues, eg. access problems, profile update problems, clients submitting reviews from a mobile, etc....

It is very difficult to say exactly what the problem may be, because there are so many devices on the market and not all are compatible with the latest technology..

The best course of action would be that you try from a different mobile device or a laptop or desktop PC instead.

Sorry that we couldn't be of more help, but sometimes these things are out of our scope of control.

I am struggling to login, it seems I forgot my password?

If you are a "returning" member, you can log in with the username and password from the welcome email that was sent to you (check your spam folder too).

You could also try to reset your password (click on "lost your password?)

How do I activate my membership (voucher code option)?

We have tried to simplify the process and created a separate login page for users of coupons.

If this is for you (or someone else), please log in using this link:

Please note that all these new details need to be "unique", do not use the same username or email address as the original subscription.

Also, please copy and paste the voucher code exactly as is, no spaces before or after.

We also suggest using an incognito page, if you are using the voucher for yourself (2nd landing page) or if you are creating the profile from the same device, as your laptop/mobile or PC may have cached any previous details.
