The Quizzes after webinars in the LionsLAB have a comment - you will get 100% but we will mark this later. When will that be? Will we be contacted?

The system that we are using for these questions is essentially a quiz plugin (designed by another company), so people need to answer a certain amount of questions correctly in order to pass the quiz and move on to the next webinar. We do not want to "police" anyone, but obviously, if members are not attending the webinars and applying the lessons, they will not receive any benefit.
Sadly, there are members who buy the course and never attend or implement and then they can't understand why they do not grow their business :(. Ultimately you made the commitment, it is your responsibility to attend and implement.
Many of the questions that we ask, don't really have a right or wrong answer, so we have to set these questions to an "open essay" format where people can type in what they want and continue with the quiz. This is why it says that you will get 100%, but it will be reviewed later on. This is an automated response on the quiz plug-in, which we can't change, as we did not develop it. 
The quizzes are really just there as a tool to enable you to think about what you have learned, and to assist you to implement the lesson. We are not able to provide feedback on all member quizzes and answers.
If you do have any specific questions, please use the live webinars to "ask" or post to the closed FB group, if the question has value to other members (and has not been answered in the FAQ's) we approve it for publication and Leon and other members can assist with support and advice.

I have completed the TLD Business Questionnaire, what now?

The Business Questionnaire is vital for us to understand your business in more detail and to benchmark you as to where your business is at the beginning of your journey with us.

We do not provide feedback on individual questionnaires, these are also a tool to assist you, in terms of making you think about your business' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, etc. We may refer back to these answers at the end of the training if deemed necessary.

If you have completed the questionnaire and received the welcome mail, please ensure that all steps are completed in the welcome mail (especially joining the FB group and WA group for important notifications and registering for the webinar reminders!)

The next step is setting up your profile/landing page (if you have not already).

I am stuck and can't progress past one of the sessions in The LionsLAB, the system insists that I should go back to the previous session?

"Member Query: The system only allows access to session 1. Session 2 and 3 insist that one should go back to the previous session and does not allow progress?"

In order to proceed to the next session, you need to complete a quiz first. This quiz can be found right below the video in each session as illustrated below...

Once you've completed the quiz correctly, you can proceed to the next lesson. Also, you only have to complete the quiz once so you don't have to complete it every time you want to go to the next lesson.

What if I can't make the "paid" for extra courses on the event date? Or if I can only buy it later, after the event date?

All paid courses will remain in the LionsLAB, we won't take them off and you will have access for as long as your subscription lasts.

After the event date, they will be loaded in the LionsLAB and you can buy the replay.



How do I buy additional courses in the LionsLAB, eg social media courses?

Step 1 A: Access The LionsLAB, click on "My Courses" in the left-hand side menu, select the course you wish to purchase, click on the "View course" button and then click on the "buy this course now" button.


Or Step 1 B: Access the LionsLAB, click on "Social Media Courses" for example, then click on the "View Courses" button and move to step 2:

Who may attend the live webinars and what are the access restrictions?

Only members (paid up) may attend the live training sessions and have access to the LionsLAB learning platform to watch recordings of the sessions.

If we discover that a member has given access to a non-member, we will immediately cancel your membership and no refund will be given.


How do I create a link for clients to leave Google Reviews for my business?

How to create Google Review links

To create a link from Google Search:

  1. On your computer, search for your business on Google.
  2. Find your business listing and click Write a review.
  3. Copy and paste the URL you see in your address bar.

If these steps don't work for you, you'll need to use the PlaceID Lookup Tool instead.

Create a link using the PlaceID Lookup Tool:

  1. Use the PlaceID Lookup Tool.
  2. Enter your business name in the “Enter a location” field at the top of the map.
  3. Click your business name in the list that appears.
  4. Copy your Place ID, which you'll see beneath your business name.
  5. Add your Place ID to the following URL to create your link:<place_id>

How do I join the TLD Whats App (WA) group?

Only TLD members may join the WA group. Once you apply to join, you will receive a message asking you to verify your name, surname and email address (that you used to join TLD). Please respond asap or you will be removed from the WA group.

Why are the P13 webinar recordings only available from 11pm?

The recordings are only available AFTER the live sessions at approximately 11pm on Thursdays. The live sessions are usually scheduled for 8pm on Thursdays.

Please try to attend the live sessions, as there is "live interaction" during the webinar. The recordings are actually there for your convenience, if you can't make the live session or if you maybe want to revise what you learned during the live session.

The recordings take a while to upload, so please be patient, they are usually accessible 3 hours after the live session (or by latest the next morning).
